Our Journey Begins Growing up, my sister and I were like many siblings - we had our disagreements and rivalries, but at the end of the day, we loved and supported each other. As we grew older, however, we began to notice the impact that consumerism and materialism were having on our lives. We were accumulating more and more stuff, and with it, more stress and anxiety.

We make time for each other, too. We love to cook simple meals together, and we often have game nights or movie nights. We also prioritize self-care, making sure to get enough sleep and exercise. Of course, our journey to minimalism hasn’t been without its challenges. There have been times when we’ve felt like giving up, when the temptation to buy more stuff or get caught up in the latest trends has been overwhelming.
