Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City is set in the late 1990s and follows a group of characters as they navigate the zombie-infested streets of Raccoon City. The story centers around Chris Redfield (played by Kyle Massey), a member of an elite law enforcement agency known as S.T.A.R.S. (Special Tactics and Rescue Service), and Jill Valentine (played by Kaya Scodelario), a rookie cop who’s new to the city.
